This all started with one guy, a flaming hot idea, and a serious appetite.

Richard Davies didn’t just want to open a restaurant — he wanted to build a place where people could actually feel the flavour. A place where the steak is always sizzling, the pizza is properly wood-fired, and the pasta never comes with a side of pretension. And so, Forking Good was born.

From the start, Richard knew it had to be more than just good food — it had to be a full-on flavour experience. The kind of place where you can roll in with a hangover, a hot date, or the whole crew and still feel right at home.
